Kogi Assembly Chief Whip, Hon. Bajeh felicitates With Muslim Faithful on Eid-el-Kabir
The Chief Whip of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Mutari Bajeh has felicitated with Muslim faithful in in Okehi State Constituency in particular, the state and country in general on the celebration of the 2021 Eid-el-kabir.
In a press statement he personally signed by himself and made available to newsmen, he prayed for an end to insecurity challenges in the country just as he implored Kogites to continue to pray for the new direction administration led by Governor Yahaya Bello.
According to the Statement; “I wish to felicitate with other Muslim faithful in Okehi and Kogi state in particular and in the country in general on the celebration of the 2021 Eid-el-kabir. I want to sincerely implore my Muslim faithful to use this festival to pray for an end to insecurity challenges across the Country because the situation is becoming more worrisome than before”.
“However, we should not despair about the situation in our country today, but we should continue to have hope that better days are ahead for the nation and the people with the incoming of Alhaji Yahaya Bello as the President (by the grace of God) in 2023. Our current situation in the country will end in praise and so we must not relent in our prayers for our nation”, he said.
While saying that the festival should be used to promote love, togetherness and peace amongst the people, Hon. Bajeh advised Nigerians to continue to make sacrifices for the betterment of the country.
“Let me also use this opportunity to commend Kogites for their support for the administration of Alhaji Yahaya Bello and to urge them not to relent in their prayers for his administration so that more dividends of democracy can be achieved in the State for the good of all of us”, he said.
