*ASEMA EVINI CLAN PAID GRATEFUL VISITS TO EXECUTIVE GOVERNOR OF KOGI STATE OVER TRADITIONAL RULER’S STOOL UPGRADE*.
Through Adavi Local Government Council Chairman, the Elders and Youths of Asema Evini has paid a grateful visit to His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello on the recent upgrade of HRH, Dr (Alh) M.S Isah from 2nd class Chief to 1st class Chief. The visit was made in the early hours of yesterday at the resident of Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami, the Executive Chairman of Adavi LG.
While speaking, the President of Elders Council and the representative of the Youth Chairman of Ezi-Asema, Engr. Idris Ozomata and Hon. Suleiman Ozovehe who spoke on behalf of the entire Ezi-Asema appreciates his Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for this wonderful development which is not only limited to their Clan alone but across Kogi State. They Prayed Almighty God will continue to guide and protect Him as they besiege God to confer on him the highest leadership of the nation come 2023.
The speakers in their different remarks poured an encomium on the head of Ministry of Local Governments/Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Barr. Ozigi Abdulsalam Deedat for carrying out this comprehensive procedure that resulted in this massive grading and upgrade of the Traditional Ruler’s Stools.
The delegation further singled out the Executive Chairman of Adavi LG, Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami in appreciation for the marvelous favor he has done for the lineage and prayed that God continues to guide and protect him, as they wish him elevation in his Political Career.
In the same vein, His Royal Highness, Dr. M.S Isah having appreciated God for the gift of life till date, thanked Governor Yahaya Bello for his clan stool amongst others the stools he upgraded in Kogi State. He prayed Almighty God shall make a sky as his starting point in life and expressed confidence that GYB2PYB would come as a surprise to those who don’t believe in the course.
The Royal Father also extended his appreciation to the Hon. Commissioner for LG&CA affairs for a job Well-done.
Similarly, HRH, D.r M. S Isah said if a strand of Hairs in his head is like tongue, indeed, is not enough to thank Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami for the love and respect he bestowed on him and his subjects. HRH, Dr. M.S outlined numerous achievements of the youthful and useful Chairman which includes; ensuring security being sustained in Adavi, fencing of the busy Ogaminana Central Market that has claimed several lives in the past, scholarship to students in both lower and higher classes which he can attest to and among others.
In his response, Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami, CNA. thanked the Royal Father for the visit, pledged to convey the goodwill messages of Ezi-Asema to his Principal, His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello.
The Council Boss finally assured the Clan that his government will continue to do what he believes is favorable to the Entire 158 communities in Adavi LG, as he urged the traditional ruler to encourage his subjects to get registered and get their permanent voter’s card (PVC) ahead of the 2023 general election.
