CLERIC CHARGES NIGERIANS TO LOOK ONTO GOD FOR SALVATION.
Nigerians have been advised to be prayerful and look onto God for salvation in whatever situation and positions they found themselves. This advice was given in a holy sermon titled ‘How excellent is the name of God, Psalm 8’, delivered by the pastor in charge of Shalom City International Church Idatpchi-Ogaminana,
Apostle Bajeh Joseph at the church premises, reminded Christians and Nigerians that God’s beneficent and mercifulness still exist in all situations. Apostle Bajeh Joseph prayed to God to intervene and take control of insecurity in Nigeria to wipe out crimes of kidnapping, armed robbery and banditry. The man of God who was emphatic that Nigeria will come out stronger inspire current challenges confronting the country, urged the people to have faith in God. . . He called on Nigerians to support and pray for the success of those in positions of authority from federal to state and local governments.
Apostle Bajeh maintained that the successes of President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello administrations are to better the lots of Nigerians and kogians through good governance. Apostle Bajeh then charged Christians to avoid hatred and gossip but to be focused in their prayers for God’s positive wonders in their life and urged them to be exemplary in their public and private life and societal callings as exemplified by Jesus Christ. The founder of Shalom City church said God loves people with honest and transparent life and called on Christians to be upright and forthright in their religious services to God and humanity. The sermon which featured many testimonies and deliverance from Ebiras and Fulanis witnessed thanksgiving by a woman whose son (Suleiman Momoh) was kidnapped but later released unhurt after prayers by Shalom church members. In another development, work is at advanced stages towards completion of the church building at Idatochi as nugging has been completed with the construction of alter
