How time flies, it is just some years ago that the young man JAB mounted the saddle. Ordinarily speaking, the years he has spent to date may not be adequate to assess the stewardship of a leader. What however exceptional in this narrative is that the crowded catalogues of JAB’s strings of achievements within the fleeing period of years in office make it’s documentation a compelling imperative and a worthwhile periodic chromites of events of our time.
It is therefore hope rekindling and reassuring that at a critical time as this, Adavi/Okehi is blessed with a leader in the person of Hon. Joseph Asuku Bello who has a sufficient dose of morality and a driving passion to redress fatal fundamental errors of the past. With the pragmatic steps so far, the JAB, has proved beyond all reasonable doubt that when honest, sincere, effective, competent, bold and God fearing leaders ascend the mantle of leadership the sky will be the limit of the people in growth and opportunities.
Taking meticulous stock of Hon. JAB scorecard since assumption of office, one can only be justified to weigh him on the scale and pendulum of the variables of objectivity. JAB achievement is best appreciated.
Education is pivoted to the overall development of society. Education is a journey without destination, so Hon. JAB has trade on this words because he is a lover of Education, he enrolled good numbers of some students in his constituency on the last JAMB which made many to starts their tartiary institution today and has been fully participating in the activities of Nigerian students from local bodies to national bodies, not just that he has been reaching out to the primary and secondary School within his constituency by providing for them writing materials, designer school bags, scholarship, stationeries above all building and rennovations of classrooms which our own community school from Okehi, Eika Adagu Primary School was fully a beneficiary.
Job Creation, he has been doing great in giving our constituents job in different Federal Government establishment, we know good numbers of job he has lobby, bought for his constituents and giving out ever since he assumed office as a Federal legislator.
Youth/Women/Council’s Of Elders Empowerment/Gifts. In any given society youths are the bedrock of any community, he is a youth friendly leader who always want the Youths to engage in something meaningful, he has been providing different skills acquisition programs to the Youths from his constituency and empowering them with materials and cash to enable them be the boss of their own.
He engaged in giving out soft funds to the women, involved them on skills acquisition programs as well and encourage them to use the materials such as grinding machines, tailoring machines in making income to support the family needs.
Water is life as we used to say, he has always engaged in constructing and fixing some good numbers of boreholes in his constituency and beyond.
Just some weeks ago, he empowered over 200 hundred people from his constituency and beyond on installation of CCTV with the necessary tools, he empowered the elders Council with farming equipment and poultry materials and visit to government own primary and secondary schools for commissioning of some building, rennovation of building, so with this few the team could remember, Hon Joseph Asuku Bello has created a vacuum and we appreciate him, urged him for more, in fact within the week he provides good rated transformer to Anyoke community, Adavi LG for power supply.
Finally we called Adavians/Okehians and Kogi State at large to keep giving him the support, advice and contribution in bringing good governance to the grassroots, as we urged all to continue in prayers towards the GYB2PYB project.
