*Conferment of Ebira Traditional Title on Minister Ramatu by the Ohinoyi of Ebiraland*

Earlier yesterday, Minister of State for FCT, Hajia (Dr.) Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu received a notice of Ebira traditional conferment from the Personal Assistant to the Vice President of Kogi State Traditional Council and Paramount Ruler of Ebira nation, His Royal Majesty, Alh. Dr. Ado Ibrahim (CON), Attah third of Ebiraland.
The traditional title, *”ONYIZE OF EBIRALAND”* (Mother of Prosperity/Wealth of Ebiraland) is conferred on The White Princess as a result of her tremendous accomplishments in Nigeria and Ebiraland in particular.
Dr. Ramatu is an outstanding nobility who is highly respected for her wealth of knowledge and experience as well as her state’s manly disposition and commitment to the stability of Ebiraland and Nigeria at large.
The Zinariya (Treasure Gold) of Lokoja and the Sarauniya of Gwagwalada, Minister Ramatu is a rare breed. A woman of wisdom and humility. A woman with an unshakable belief in the unity and peaceful coexistence of Ebira people, her mother’s land. Put succinctly, she is a gift not only to the people of Koton Karfe Local Government of Kogi State but to Kogi State in general.
The Ohinoyi of Ebiraland wouldn’t have conferred the title on anyone else other than The Onyize of Ebiraland, Hajia Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, the Queen Amina of Abuja, not when her outstanding qualities are rightly extended to her mother’s. It is my belief, the conferment shall further strengthen her dividends of democracy for a new Ebiraland.
On the path of His Royal Majesty, The Ohinoyi of Ebiraland, he is not incongruous to applaud the giant strides Dr. Ramatu has recorded in governance in this befitting traditional title, a very great one from a great kingdom. I thank him most sincerely.
I highly appreciate the venerated leadership acumen of the Ohinoyi of Ebiraland and I aspire to celebrate him in the nearest future as the President of our great indivisible Kogi State Traditional Council.
