Behalf of the Kogi State Christian Pilgrims Commission, I, Pastor Ajinuhi Samuel ESQ, the Executive Chairman and the entire Staff of the Commission wish to use this auspicious occasion of your first year into your second tenure in office to rejoice with His Excellency,
