EID-El-FITR: NDAKO CONGRATULATES MUSLIM COMMUNITY
kogi state deputy majority leader Hon Idris Ndako has congratulated Muslim faithfuls for the successful completion of fast, described the Ramadan period as stressful, but deserving, because is the only period for spiritual reflection on abstinence from immorality, sincere sacrifice and supplications to Allah.
Hon Ndako added that, Ramadan symbolises Allah’s way of teaching humanity on virtuous living, where people keep away from all forms of comfort to appreciate what the less privileged experience and deprivation they suffers daily. He urged Muslims to extend the lessons of Ramadan to the way we live with our neighbours. ” Let’s seek peace at all times and promote unity of purpose in our society” Ndako said.
Hon Idris Ndako similarly, extend his congratulatory message to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello for the successful completion of Ramadan fast, prayed Allah grant all his supplications. He used the occasion to reiterate his total support for the Governor as he aspire to presides over Nigerians. He said “the Governor’s towering popularity across the country is predicated on his administration’s intolerance for criminality and social vices. Nigeria need such a strong personality with the political will to battle the country out of these myriads of security challenges” described the situation as dehumanising and extremely unpleasant, Ndako said.
He explained that the leading Presidential Aspirant (Governor Yahaya Bello), pocess Presidential attributes carriage, capacity, the spread, required experience and goodwill to win these elections to salvage Nigeria. He thanked Nigerians for their unalloyed support, appealed to Apc national delegates nationwide to vote Governor Yahaya Bello at the party’s special convention coming up later in the month.
Finally, Hon Ndako charged Muslims to renew their faith in Allah and desist from violence tendencies as is through commitment to peace and unbiassed negotiations that the country can progress towards achieving its economic transformation to fulfilled her great potentials as a nation.
Ndako once again, congratulate Muslims for ending this year’s spiritual voyage and prayed Allah rewards everyone with his/her earnest wishes, he concluded.
