EID -EL- FITRI FESTIVAL: OGOHI ONU ANYIGBA,ABUH SHAIBU OKOLO,GREETS MUSLIMS UMMAH ON THE COMPLETION OF RAMADAN FAST.
The Ogohi onu Anyigba in Dekina Local Government Areas, Alhaji Abuh SHAIBU Okolo has felicitated with Governor Yahaya Bello ,his New Direction team, The executive Chairman of Dekina Local Government area , Hon Isaq Okolo , Muslim brothers and sisters on the occasion of Eid EL Fitri festival which climaxed the weeks-long fasting period.
Alhaji Abuh Shaibu Okolo ,in his sallah message which was made available to Newsmen in Lokoja today, expressed gratitude to ALLAH (SWT) for granting His infinite Mercy for all Ummah the opportunity to under gone the thirty days Ramadan season
The Paramount ruler who doubles as the Chairman of Anyingba Central Mosque committee recently inaugurated by the Sultan of Sokoto and the president General of Nigeria Islamic Council, Saad Mohammed Abubakir the third and single handedly finance by the Jakanda of Sokoto and ertwhile Governor of kogi State, Doctor Ibrahim Idris, said Ummah are expected to imbibe the spirit of love, tolerance , perseverance, good neighbourliness, and above all the fear of ALLAH to permeate their dealings even after the Ramadan fast.
The paramount ruler and a first class Chief urged the citizens to continue in their fervent prayers and support leaders at all levels of governance to enable them tackle the festering insecurity, quarantee the safety of lives and property as well as restore stability and cohesiveness.
The Ogohi onu Anyigba enunciated his readiness to foster peaceful co-existence among the different ethnic groups co-habiting in Anyigba Community and its environs to sustain the momentum of development and rapid growth being witnessed in the area.
The First class Chief also appealed to the residents to make it as a civic responsibilty to reports auspicous individuals to the police force to aid in combating crimes in the Area and wish all Moslem Ummah a happy Eid El-fitr celebration.
