The Senior Pastor of Firebrand Global Revival Centre, Rev. Pastor John Onowa has charged members of the Church to expect Drastic Turnaround in this year 2023
Pastor John Onowa gave this assurance today in Abuja while addressing Church members in a strategic new year meeting aimed at raising effective and efficient stewardship for the task ahead.
Pastor Onowa who acknowledged the service stress members went through in the just concluded new year’s day tripartite meeting also revealed that the only way to get different results was to do things differently, adding that, to get a drastic turnaround, drastic actions must be in place.
In his word “. You can not be doing the same thing over and over and get different results. From the Crossover service to the Sunday New Year service and from the New Year service to the Church worker’s meeting, this is indeed sowing in tears”
He further noted that a drastic turnaround can not just emerge until a force was applied, stressing that “those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy”.
“Psalms 126:1-6 When the LORD brought back the captivity of Zion, We were like those who dream.
2. Then our mouth was filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing. Then they said among the nations, “The LORD has done great things for them.”
3. The LORD has done great things for us, And we are glad.
5. Those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy.
6. He who continually goes forth weeping, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, Bringing his sheaves with him.” He quoted.
Onowa further explained that what the Church is doing now was part of sowing for an effective action that could set the desired goals running for the year.
Speaking also, the wife of the senior pastor of Firebrand Global Revival Centre, Pastor Mrs Mercy Onowa in a new year message to the members of the Ministry charged the women’s wing of the church to be more committed to the service of God this year in order to achieve the desired change.
She finally wished members a happy and prosperous new year.
