Hon. Danga interface with Wash Coordinators.
In an effort to intensify the campaign against open defecation, Kogi State Commissioner for Water Resources Hon.(Dr.) Abdulmumin Danga today interface with the 21 local government coordinators of water sanitation and hygiene (WASH).
Hon. Danga enjoined the Coordinators to intensify their effort in campaigning open defecation because it has become a perennial problem affecting our people thereby causing alot of sickness to our people.
He further welcome and highlights various challenges the Coordinators are facing and he set up various committee to see how this challenges can be resolved and promised to collaborate with various critical stakeholders to end open defecation in Kogi State.
The State coordinator of the Program Mrs. Momoh Latifat appreciate the Hon. Commissioner for putting up so many concerted efforts in ending open defecation and on behalf of the coordinators, She promise not to leave any stone unturned to end an open defecation in Kogi State.
