
The 2022 edition of the IGALA CARNIVAL is a good pointer to how culture can truly unite people irrespective of divides that may exist be they political, religious et al. Culture is a strong tool in unifying the people and for building better relationships too.
In the quest to keep the people together always, the IGALA CARNIVAL 2022 brought people from all spheres of life to one spot as they all enjoyed the moment forgetting their differences and that moment inspired them to be more committed to their common goals as one people even though their means may be different.
The 2022 edition of the IGALA CARNIVAL took place on Monday, July 11th at the Stadium of Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba and the event witnessed an unprecedented turnout. The cultural performances thrilled the audience and offered them such memories they will keep cherishing for a very longtime.
The organizer, Hajiya Mariam Indira Mohammed Emeje was elated seeing that the original dream of giving the people reason to be happy through our cultural heritage is alive and waxing stronger in all fronts and she hopes it will be getting better with each edition.
