Kogi ALGON Chairman Leads Ijumu Vigilantes and Ondo Amotekun to Arrest Notorious Kidnappers
The Executive Chairman of Ijumu Local Government Area and ALGON Chairman,Kogi State,Hon. Taufiq Isa at around 1am today,leads the Ijumu Vigilantes and Ondo State Amotekun to arrest notorious Kidnappers in their hideout, along Ayere-Ajowa road ( boundary of Kogi and Ondo State).
In a patrol he personally leads,The Executive Chairman is frank with the security situation of his domain, promised to get rid of any particules of insecurity.
Recall,On the 22nd December,2020, He met with the Executive Chairman and Amotekun of Akoko North-West Local Government of Ondo State to collaborate with them in combating crimes in the boundary.
In a successful operation, Ten suspects were arrested,which the three from Kogi State has been handed over to the security agencies in the State while others has been taken by the Amotekun of Ondo State.
Hon. Taufiq Isa has once again,thank Governor Yahaya Bello for providing every logistics needed to fight insecurity in the State and promised he will never let him down.
