Kogi Lawmaker Hails Senator Adeyemi’s Response to Abaribe
The member representing Ijumu Constituency in Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Olushola Kilani Olumo has commended the swift response of the Senator representing Kogi West, Smart Adeyemi who demanded an apology from his Abia South Counterpart, Enyinnaya Abarebe who made a disparaging comment against the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
Hon. Kilani Olumo while Contributing to a motion of urgent public importance moved by the Majority Leader, Abdullahi Bello on the attack on the Governor, described the response of the Kogi West Senator as commendable.
“Also in the floor of the Senate that day, I want to applaud my own credible Senator, Distinguished Senator Smart Adeyemi. He gave well measured response on the floor of the Senate that day and we are all very proud of him”
He told those condemning Governor Bello to see his antecedent in the area of stoping Health and Education Tourism outside Kogi State with the Establishment of Confluence University of Science and Technology and Construction of Health Facilities.
