
Kogi Speaker mourns Hajia Salamatu Bello, Commiserate with APC State Chairman, Hon. Abdullahi Bello
Rt Hon Prince Matthew Kolawole, Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly has received with sadness the news of the shocking and sudden demise of Hajia Salamatu Bello, Mother of Hon. Abdullahi Bello, Chairman, All Progressive Congress Kogi State Chapter after a brief illness.
He described her death at this time as a great loss not only to the Bello family but the entire state as her words of wisdom and support will be greatly missed.
He said Hajia Salamatu Bello was a virtuous woman who through her commitment and hard work was able to nurture and bring up a son like the State Party Chairman, whose contributions has reshaped and repositioned our great party All Progressive Congress APC in the state.
He charged her entire family members to uphold the legacy of her diligence, tolerance and perseverance as the vacuum created by her demise will be hard to fill.
On behalf of the entire members of the 7th Assembly, management and staff of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Matthew Kolawole wish to commiserate with the family of Hajia Salamatu Bello over her death which occurred this morning.
He prayed that God grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
