*Kogi State Deputy Speaker mourns Chief Imam of Olamaboro LGA*

The Deputy Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Chief Edward David Onoja, and the Deputy Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed paid a condolence visit to the family of Late Alhaji Suleiman Abdullahi, the Chief Imam of Olamaboro LGA of Kogi State.

The Deputy Speaker while sympathizing with the family describes the passing of late Chief Imam as a great loss to the Muslim Community in Olamaboro and the state in general. He said the late cleric was a great man of God who has contributed immensely to the propagation of Islam in Kogi State, and would be sorely missed and remembered for his fatherly advices, bold and courageous sermons which stood him out in the Islamic Community in Kogi State.

The Deputy Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Chief Edward Onoja urges the family to take solace in the fact that the late chief imam lived a fulfilled life and contributed immensely to the peaceful coexistence in the state until his demise.

He prayed to Allah to grant the deceased Jannatul Firdaus and the families the fortitude to bear the loss.
