Lokoja/Kogi Fed. Const.: Don’t use my name, I have not annointed any candidate – Gov. Bello
Gov. Yahaya Bello of Kogi State has warned some of his Appointees and some Local Government Chairmen from Lokoja Kogi Federal Constituency to stop using his name to kill the party.
A top aide of the Governor who would not want to be mentioned said following the rumoured alledged anointing of candidates disclosed that the governor has said that every body interested in contesting should get ready for the Party’s Primaries pointing out that every body is for him.
He urged party supporters to disregard the rumoured alledged anointing of candidates, pointing out that he too is a Presidential aspirant seeking the peoples support, appealed to all the good people of Lokoja and Kogi State to go about with their normal businesses, insisting that all stakeholders will be involved in the process of electing candidates that would represent the Party in the forthcoming General election.
