NAKOSS NATIONAL CONDOLE THE SPEAKER, KOGI STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY, HON. MATTHEW KOLAWOLE OVER THE DEMISE OF HIS DEAR WIFE.
It is with deep sense of grief that the NAKOSS National body expresses her sadness on the demise of the wife of the Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly.
Speaking on behalf of the association, the President of the association, comrade Rachael Mojirola Balogun send words of commiseration and encouragement to the Honourable Speaker.
“We are deeply sorrowful to learn of the passing of the wife of the distinguished Hon. Matthew Kolawole, the Speaker of the State’s House of Assembly who we had the rare privilege to meet few months back.
We understand the level of the grief that comes with losing someone so dear, especially, a wife that the Honorable Speaker must have spent several years with and cherished so much; as a body, we condole and share in his grief at this trying time.
As sweet as life is, it is a saddening reality that no one could dodge the cruel blow of death no matter how good or powerful they are. It then tells that God is always in the know of every lives lost, while we humans may be so saddened, God perfectly knows the best for every of his creature and this perfectly justifies the saying that man proposes, God disposes.
We encourage the Hon. Speaker and his family to take solace in the fact that mummy lived a fulfilled life, especially living and supporting her husband while she was with us”.
As we pray that her soul find peace in the presence of the Lord, we pray also that God should console, comfort and encourage the family beyond this trying time.
