Ahead of November 2023 Governorship election, Mopamuro State Constituency House of Assembly representative, Hon Sam Olawumi mobilises a 20,000 road walk in conjuction with other stakeholders in the Local Government.
His emergence as the number one citizen of the Constituency at the State House of Assembly no doubt has united the good people of Mopamuro LGA and further witness the exodus of decampees from other parties to APC.
It remains on record that he is the first Assembly member that left no single ward for the opposition but cleared the 10 wards that make up Mopamuro LGA in the past house of Assembly election, the freest of it kind in the history of the Local Government and has continue to foster unwavery supports for the party and eventually turning the Local Government to a one party system.
Hon Olawumi while attending to the press men expressed optimism for a grand style victory across Mopamuro and by extension the entire State come November 11, 2023 noting that whoever will follow shall be a distance second so much that such person shall be discouraged to take up any form of litigation against the anticipated victory.
In a related development in the course of sampling opinion amongst the constituents through his media representative, it was established that Mopamuro is indeed united for His Excellency, Alhaji Usman Ododo and of course APC as a political party.
Mopamuro State Constituency is a no go area for the opposition party.
