The caretaker chairperson of ogorimagongo, Hon. Rosemary Ohiezu has announced and issued letters of appointment to her transition committee members.
The committee members are to work with ogori-magongo caretaker Boss in executing programs and vision statement for the people of the local government.
Those appointed are::
1. Alao Godwin Foregan, as the SLG.
Okibo ward.
2. Micheal Ademola Tunde.
Supervisor for Budget, Planning, Research and Statistics.
Oturu Opou ward.
3. George Daomi
Supervisor for Agric
Ileteju ward.
4. Osiako Ezikiel Sunday
Supervisor for Primary Health Care.
Oshobane ward.
5. Olufade Gerald Taiwo
Supervisor for Education.
Ugugu ward.
6. Abiye Adebayo
Supervisor for Works.
Obatigben ward.
Responding the caretaker chairperson opined that the selected appointees are people of proven integrity and merit with wealth of experience.
Hon. Rosemary Ohiezu stated that the appointment which is with immediate effect is call to serve the people of ogori-magongo and Kogi State government and the nation at large.
She charge them to justify the confidence reposed in them with patriotism, hard work, dedication and utmost commitment to the cause of moving the local government to enviable height of peace, progress and development.
In appreciation to the caretaker chairperson, the secretary to the LGA, Mr Alao Godwin Foregan, and on behalf of other committee members thanked the chairperson for counting them worthy to serve with her promising to discharge their duties accordingly without compromised and bias.
The caretaker chairperson, however wish the appointees best of luck and success in the discharge of their new assignment.
