ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF THE CORONATION AND PRESENTATION OF STAFF OF OFFICE TO KABIESI, HIS ROYAL MAJESTY, OBA MOSES BABATUNDE ETOMBI, THE AGBANA OF ISANLU KINGDOM.
The Executive of Isanlu Progressive Union on behalf of all sons and daughters of Isanlu Kingdom felicitate with His Royal Majesty, Oba Moses Babatunde Etombi, the Agbana of Isanlu Kingdom and Chairman Yagba East LGA Traditional Council on his one year anniversary of the Coronation and Presentation of Staff of Office.
Saturday, 28th November, 2020 was a remarkable, joyful and fulfilling day for us in Isanlu Kingdom, a day we all witnessed the epoch making event of our Kabiesi’s Coronation and the Presentation of his Staff of Office. We will continue to be grateful to God Almighty, who made it possible and successful. We remain humbled and overwhelmed by the large turnout of people, the esteemed presence of high profiled personalities, Isanlu indigenes home and abroad, and especially our guests from far and near, who honoured our invitation and contributed immensely to the success of the royal event.
Today, we rejoice with our royal father, HRM Oba Moses Babatunde Etombi for his steadfastness, how God has helped him to attain this prestigious position peacefully, and for achieving so much in this short time of his reign. Unarguably, Isanlu Kingdom has prospered in all its nooks and crannies in this past one year. Our people have continue to enjoy uninterrupted unity, peace and blessings of God in their businesses and all endeavours.
It is noteworthy that under Kabiesi’s watch, we have witnessed a more successful Isanlu Day with added aesthetics, a unique and centralized New Yam Festival with bountiful harvest, approval and confirmation of our royal fathers in Isanlu Kingdom by the government of Kogi State and more encouraging commitment to community development by Isanlu indigenes in the various Committees and IPU branches.
Good people of Isanlu Kingdom, we would not have asked for more, our Kabiesi is indeed a blessing to us in Isanlu. As we celebrate this milestone, let us again be more dedicated to giving our unwavering support to the Isanlu Traditional Council, let us further render to Kabiesi every cooperation needed to achieve more development in Isanlu.
It is our sincere prayer that by this time next year, Isanlu would have been elevated to better enviable height and all our yearnings and aspirations, including good plans in the pipeline for Isanlu must have been achieved.
Thank you Kabiesi in a special way for being such a wonderful tower of strength and support to me on this assignment and to everyone serving and contributing in various capacity as we move Isanlu forward.
May the Lord bless, guide, protect and continue to equip Kabiesi with wisdom and strength.
