Pius Kolawole Summons HOD works, Ordered The Immediate Repair And Transfer Of Council’s Bulldozer Abandoned At The Police Station In Egbe.
The Executive Chairman of Yagba West, Hon. Pius Kolawole had summoned the HOD works of Yagba West council to Egbe Divisional Police Station where a Bulldozer belonging to the council had been abandoned to decay by previous administration, ordered that the earth moving equipment be immediately repaired and taken to the council premises within 72 hours.
The chairman gave the order yesterday when he led some stakeholders on inspection tour to the Police Divisional Headquarters, Egbe where the bulldozer had been abandoned for 8 years now.
Pius who expressed his displeasure over how assets belonging to the people of Yagba West were allowed to filtered away by past administrations gave account of how the buldozer was brought in good condition to the place for safe custody but was astonished at why the machine would be allowed to be damaged due to its continuous abandonment.
Meanwhile the chairman aknowledged and commended the former SSA security for Yagba West, Hon. Tade Oshaloto for his noble efforts at recovering looted local government assets, vows to commence the process of ensuring that all assets of the people of Yagba west are recovered from looters of people’s commonwealth.
