*Supreme Court Victory: Hon. (Barr.) Cosmas Atabor Congratulates Gov. Bello, Hon. Onoja*
The lawmaker representing Igalamela/Odolu Constituency, Hon. (Barr.) Cosmas Ilemona Atabor has congratulated the Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello and his Deputy, Hon. Edward Onoja over their victory at the Supreme Court.
Reacting shortly after the ruling of the apex court upheld the victory of the APC in the November 16, 2019 election, the lawmaker described the ruling as “a true reflection of the wishes of the majority of voters.”
“Therefore, having taken a deeper look at the quantum of evidence which show completely that the Alhaji Yahaya Bello won the governorship election, I am glad to align with the judgement of the apex court and congratulate His Excellency on the hard-won victory,” he added.
Hon. Atabor hailed the Supreme Court for “proving once again that they can always be relied upon to uphold justice.
“I also congratulate the All Progressives Congress in Kogi State and the entire citizens of the state whose voices have been affirmed by the Supreme Court.” he added.
