Volunteer Service passes Vote of Confidence on Kogi SSG
Nigerian National Volunteer Service (NNVS) is an organization saddled with the responsibility of harnessing retired civil servants and individuals that are ready to live a useful life even after retirement by giving back to the society, it also tap into Nigerian professionals in Diaspora who prepared to volunteer their services at home especially on medical and educational fields.
Nigerian National Volunteer Service (NNVS) is resident directly under the Secretary to the Federal Government (SGF) and under Dr. Folashade Ayoade Arike, SSG in the State, beamed searchlight on Nigeria National volunteer Service /Diaspora Affairs in Kogi State.
The Nigeria National Volunteer Service Coordinator , Hon Ibrahim Itodo and his team passed a Vote of Confidence/Certificate of Credence on the SSG in recognition of her dexterity, resilience and consistency to the New Direction Agenda. Dr Flasade Ayoade Arike is the longest serving Secretary to the State Government since the creation of the State.
This is another appointment described as “a square pig in a square hole” No wonder she represents the Governor in all assignments, sometimes you imagine how she’s able to handle unimaginable assignments, that’s why she’s described again” “as a woman of timber and caliber, Caterpillar and Bulldozer, Iroko and Mahogany.”
Her loyalty to the Governor in all her representation is total in all ramifications, again we have discovered that the secret of longevity in an office is undivided loyalty.
Apart from her competence capacity and character, she has proven that the Ebigo principle of His Excelency, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello is strictly adhered to.
Hence described as the most transparent, none detribalized and a woman whose believe in God is unquestionable, this could be translated as the reason behind her success as the Secretary to Government of Kogi State.
