*Yuletide: Senator Oseni distributes bags of rice to Christian constituents*
In the spirit of Christmas celebration, Senator Yakubu Oseni representing Kogi Central Senatorial District has distributed bags of rice and other food items to Christians in his constituency.
The Christmas largesse distribution in Kogi Central by Senator Oseni was done in collaboration with the leadership of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), in the constituency.
Also, no fewer than 1,000 All Progressives Congress (APC) Local Government and Ward executives in Kogi Central benefited from the rice distribution.
The lawmaker who was represented by the duo of his Chief of Staff, Alhaji Aliyu Bello and Personal Assistant, Mall. Yusuf Abdulmumin said he would continue to render support and succour to his constituents especially in festive periods.
Senator Oseni who is known for his benevolent deeds to his constituents during sallah celebration and Christian festivals reiterated that he represents all, regardless of possible difference in the faith his constituents profess.
While expressing excitement, the beneficiaries profusely appreciated Senator Yakubu Oseni for what they referred to as timely intervention for the festive period.
“We pray that Almighty God will continue to be with you and prosper your ways as you aspire higher in political firmament of this country. You remember us at this point, may Almighty God preserve and remember you for good,” they prayed.
