The Vice Chairman of Zone D of Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ,Christopher Atsaka has paid a condolence visit to the Chairman of Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Kogi State chapter, Comrade Adeiza Momohjimoh, whose wife, Zainab, passed away.

The Zonal Vice Chairman who came all the way from Makurdi, Benue state to sympathize with Comrade Adeiza Momohjimoh , urged him to be strong for the sake of the children his late wife left behind, and the entire family.

He said his visit was also to pay his last respects to late Mallama Zainab Adeiza, “whose death occured as it pleased God Almighty, despite the numerous efforts made to keep her alive”.

In his remarks, the NUJ Chairman thanked the Zonal Vice Chairman for coming from a far distance to sympathize with him, saying that his visit has further proved him as a good representative and leader.

While mentioning his days with his late wife, Momohjimoh noted that he had not only lost a wife but a mother, describing her as a partner, sister and mother of orphans.

He however said he has already encouraged her children to return back to their various schools outside the state as their continue stay back cannot bring the death back to life, he said.
