I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to everyone who joined us yesterday at Kabba/Bunu for the SoroSoke family awareness walk in anticipation of the upcoming Council Election on the 19th of October 2024, by God’s grace.
Campaign materials which includes; caps, t-shirts, exercise books, posters, handbills, banners and Ankara wrappers were generously donated to support our incoming Chairman, Hon. Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael, and Vice Chairman, Hon. Mrs. Olumeyan Ifeduni Bosede and the entire councilorship candidates of the 15 wards in Kabba/Bunu LGA.
A special thanks to the First Woman of the APC, Hajiya Hauwau Aduku, and her team for traveling to Kabba/Bunu. Gratitude also goes to my mother, the 3 Star SGS, Pst. Mrs. Folashade Arike Ayoade PhD and her team, along with other esteemed guests such as the State Security Adviser, Hon. Com. Jerry Omodara, for providing adequate security cover, Commissioner for Education, Hon. Wemi Jones FCIB, who has been a strong source of encouragement and the Special Adviser to the Governor on SEMA, Dr. Sandra Mimi FCIHRM, FIMA-N and the team, SSA to the SGS on political matters, Hon. Femi Esemikose, Hon Sunday Paul (SSA), Wife of the former commissioner for environment, Mrs Modupe Omofaiye, as well as many other state appointees and party stalwarts.
I am overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support we received from all attendees, including the LG Woman Leader, LG party Chairman and all ward chairmen, various clubs, groups, and associations.
Special appreciation to our Royal father, the Obaro of Kabba Kingdom, Kabiyesi Oba Otitoleke Oweyomade I, Oba Dele Awoniyi, for his continuous blessings and support, may you live long for us all and may your reign continue to be beneficial to us.
