Today, 10th September 2024, at the plenary session of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Comfort Ojoma Nwuchiola Egwaba, Deputy Speaker and member representing Ibaji Constituency, presented a groundbreaking bill:
The bill, titled ‘A Law to Provide for Gender Representation in Public and Private Offices in Kogi State and for the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination’, aims to promote gender equality and inclusivity in all sectors.
