Education is said to be the bedrock of any society because it serves as a foundation for personal growth, economic development, and social cohesion amongst its many societal benefits.
In view of the above, the APC chairmanship candidate, Hon. Ademola Bello Destiny receives in honour from pastor Babagbemi, who doubles as the founder of *GB-Irorun foundation,* as part of his contributions to the academy development of Mopamuro students.
The philanthropist, while addressing the APC party stakeholders, appreciated Chief Ademola Bello for his relentless efforts in th
e pursuit of academic excellence for Mopamuro students.
In his words, “I consider it expedient to contribute my quota to Mopamuro education sector in order to create a better tomorrow for our upcoming generations especially those from the lowly background. I have been doing this for years because I understand the importance of education and the background from which I come.”
For close to two decades now, you have been a source of inspiration in the area of education, and your performance as the Caretaker Chairman further inspires people like us to complement your selfless service in the form of scholarship given to 50 students of College of Education Technical Mopa, to mention but few, pastor Babagbemi added.
Hon. Destiny, while appreciating Pastor Babagbemi for his continuous magnanimity towards the wellbeing of the people of Mopamuro LGA, stresses that no investment is of great value like human capital development. “In your own capacity, you have tremendously impacted the lives of Mopamuro students and undergraduates. Thank you for remembering us once again in this critical moment.
The Chairman of the Party (APC), Hon. Omoyele Charles, SSA to Kogi State Government, Hon. Tope Ajayi aka Santos, immediate past vice chairperson MopamuroLGA, now LSA to Kogi State Government, Hon. Bukola Obajemu, immediate past Transition Committee secretary, Hon.
