I want to express my profound appreciation to everyone for the overwhelming outpouring of love and support following my appointment as the Director General of the Kogi State Commodity Exchange Agency. Your encouragement means the world to me, and I am deeply grateful.
In particular, I extend my sincere appreciation to the good people of my Jerusalem (Ekinrin Adde)and stakeholders of Ijumu Local Government Area, Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency, Kogi West Senatorial District, and indeed the entire state of Kogi. Your trust and belief in me have been pivotal in my journey, and I pledge to uphold the responsibility entrusted to me.
I also seize this moment to reaffirm my dedication to making you all proud, as I diligently work to fulfill this mandate. My aim is to consistently make His Excellency, the Executive Governor and Chief Servant of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, proud, thereby justifying the confidence he has placed in me. I will work in alignment with the Consolidation Agenda, building on the solid foundation established by the father of modern Kogi State, former Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello.
As the Director General of this vital agency, I am charged with enhancing commodity exchange, export promotion, and market development across the state. I am confident that with your support, we can achieve remarkable progress in these areas. Together, we will create a thriving marketplace for our local producers, expand our export opportunities, and boost Kogi’s economic standing; which will in-turn have a tremendous impact on our internally generated revenue (IGR).
