Searching for God is a principal requirement of a Christian. It will be a serious error if you fail to search for God in it’s true vineyard. This is not the age or time we jump from one denomination to another but worship God in his holiness in a right church that guaranteed your heavenly race. Today churches have been turned to commercial centre with various ideology. They are not propagating the real gospel but use that to acquire money to build their personal comfort. How can you explain this phenomenal when you attend a church service only to be praise worshiped by the leadership of the church because they want money from your pocket.
As Archbishop Idiahosa of blessed memory said many years ago, we must search for God in a living church and not in a dead church where the leadership and his families are worshiped. Don’t go to church and bargain for recognition by your chains of tittle, chains of cars, affluence and overwhelming dresses but be humble to let you be know through your commitment to your God. You own no one explanation but God your creator. Deut chapter 11 vs 22 to 24 has this to reposition our mind to God.
[22] If you carefully observe all these commands I am giving you to follow—to love the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him and to hold fast to him— [23] then the Lord will drive out all these nations before you, and you will dispossess nations larger and stronger than you. [24] Every place where you set your foot will be yours: Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the Euphrates River to the Mediterranean Sea.
You are a candidate of heaven and don’t be drag by the noise of cheap deceivers who parade themselves as present day prophets, pastors etc. Open your heart to serve your God in any holy temple of God. Remember when you die you are never buried along with any one but it is only you and you alone . Your deeds follow you to judgement throne. Search for God any where you can locate him. Do you need God in your life? Yes you need God every day of your life. Remember you are sand and to sand shall you return. Pray to God and try to locate the heart of God. You may need joy and happiness which only God can offered for you. Stand up and get that crown of faithfulness prepared for you before the very foundation of the world. Jesus is Lord. Amen.
