The Deputy Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly,Rt Hon Mrs Comfort Ojoma Nwuchiola Egwaba, has donated a huge sum of money to her home church in Echeno, Ibaji Local Government Area of the state to purchase a solar generator.
The Rt Hon Deputy Speaker made this donation during a fundraising for the church during the Christmas period.
Rt Hon Comfort Ojoma Nwochiola Egwaba said it was her modest contribution to the development and empowerment of the church.
According to her it is Christlike to give back to the society, especially the church, that morally nurtured the citizens to growth.
The Deputy Speaker who doubles as Member Representing Ibaji State Constituency Kogi State House of Assembly, also payed a felicitation visit to all the six clan heads,Awohi’s, in her home town Echeño, Ibaji Local Government Area.
