Ilorin Emirate Mall rewards staff for outstanding performance in 2024 * Urges greater dedication in new year Stephen Olufemi Oni, Ilorin

The Management of Royalty Fun Land, a subsidiary of the Ilorin Emirate Mall, has lauded the company staff for their outstanding performances, hard work and dedication to duty in the year 2024.

The commendation was given by the Royalty Fun Land Manager, Mr. Imran Bolanta, at a colourful end of the year and award ceremony in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, adding that the event was meant to celebrate the Recreational Centre’s achievements in 2024 and reward the outstanding staff so as to encourage them to do more this year.

For his part, the Supermarket Supervisor, Mr. Adebayo Ismail, opening remark, poured encomiums on the Founder of the Ilorin Emirate Mall, Alhaji Yusuf Abdullahi, for his foresight and vision in transforming his community with the establishment of the first-ever indigenous recreational centre for kids and adults in Ilorin city.

He added: “Year 2024 was a remarkable year, marked by the establishment of the Supermarket and the Mall, which have been attracting massive turnouts of shoppers and lovers of recreations, both young and old people.

“He prayed God Almighty for continued blessings, guidance, and fulfilment upon their Founder as he continues to invest in his community.”

In his speech, the Founder and CEO of the Ilorin Emirate Mall, Alhaji Yusuf Abdullahi, who was represented by Engr. Lambert Chinedu, thanked the organisers of the event for their well thought out initiative in bringing together the staff and management of them organisation, particularly for the award of recognition conferred on him by the staff in recognition of “his huge investment and contributions to the economic growth of Kwara State”.

He assured both the management and the staff of his unwavering commitment to the advancement and progress of his staff and the establishment in the new year.

The colourful gathering, featuring a display of fanfare, exquisite meals, and airtime giveaway, provided an opportunity for staff and management to network outside the work environment, demonstrating the organisation’s role and determination in enhancing performances of their workers.

Some of the awardees who were presented with cash gifts and supported by the Chairman and CEO of the Royalty Fun Land, were the Manager, Mr. Imran Bolanta; Accountant, Lawal Mutalib; Chief Security Officer, Yusuf Olanrewaju; and the Facility Manager, Alhaji Kale Yusuf.

Others included the Floor Manager, Engr. Lambert Chinedu; Game Arcade Operator, Comrade Yunus Olanrewaju Aduagba; Game Arcade Cashier, Shittu Amidat; Damilola Oguntoye, the Outdoor Game Instructor; and Outdoor Cashier, Busari Aisha.

One of the airtime giveaway winners, Mrs Owosho Comfort, expressed her gratitude to the Founder of the Royalty Fun Land for employing her husband and bringing joy to their family, praying for abundant blessings on him.
