On behalf of the Eminefo Royal Dynasty, I wish with heavy heart to announce the death of 
PROF. OLUGBEMIRO AKEREJOLA, which happened last night. Burial arrangements will be announced later.

Professor Olugbemiro Olusola Akerejola was born in Ogori to the Eminefo Royal Dynasty and began his primary education at St. Peter’s Primary School, Ogori. He was a proud alumnus of St. Paul’s College Wusasa, Zaria and Kings College, Lagos. He studied Veterinary Medicine in the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria before proceeding to Kansas State University, Manhattan for further studies.
He came back to Nigeria and his beloved Zaria where he took up his lifelong career as an educationist at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, rising to the rank of Professor of Veterinary Medicine in 1983 in his 30s.
Professor Akerejola was one time Director General of the Industrial Training Fund.
