DEPUTY SPEAKER HONOURED AT STUDENTS’ SECURITY AND COMMUNICATION SUMMIT

The Deputy Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Comfort Ojoma Nwuchiola Egwaba, attended the One-Day Students’ Security and Communication Orientation Summit organized by the National Association of Kogi State Students (NAKOSS) National Secretariat in Lokoja. The summit, themed “From Awareness to Action: Security and Communication for All,” brought together students, youth leaders, and stakeholders to discuss proactive strategies for safety and responsible communication.

In her remarks, the Deputy Speaker commended NAKOSS for organizing a timely and impactful event that promotes awareness, collaboration, and civic responsibility among young people. She emphasized the need for effective communication and shared responsibility in ensuring safer learning environments across the state.

Rt. Hon. Egwaba was also presented with an Award of Recognition by NAKOSS in appreciation of her exemplary leadership and commitment to youth.
