I, Hon. Sam Olawumi Jacob, a member representing Mopamuro Constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly on behalf of myself and the entire benevolent people of my constituency that I represent, do heartily congratulate His Excellencies, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo Mr. Joel Salifu Oyibo the new Executive Governor and Deputy Governor respectively on this historic occasion of your inauguration into office on this God’s appointed day 27th January, 2024.
Your Excellencies, you have demonstrated high level of commitment to the development of Kogi State in all facets in the past. Your Excellencies will make history by bringing positive dividends of democracy to our people in the course of your governance.
Your Excellencies, the love from the people for your person and your new administration is a clear demonstration and reward for years of good leadership, dedication, patriotism and loyalty to them. There is no doubt that good leadership is a journey and we are proud to be part of that journey which you have promised to do much turn-around in the development of Kogi State.
