Oparison Inaugurates 5-Member Steering Committee on Tractors Usage and Maintenance.
The Executive Chairman of Ogori-Magongo local government Rt.Hon. Goke Oparison has inaugurated the 5-member steering committee on Tractor usage and maintenance
The inauguration which was held in an expansive office of the executive chairman had the Secretary to the local government Comr. Obas Adesina, DLG Mr. Paul Amupitan, the treasurer Mrs Amina Balogun and all the political appointees in attendance
Amongst the Committee, It has Hon. Abel Joseph as the Chairman, HoD Agric, Mr Dayo Osiyi as Secretary, Mr. Kehinde Alao to be in charge of maintenance, Hon. Idowu Pelemo, Mr. Taiye Akande as members.
Hon. Oparison noted that “The committee would assist the local govt in developing a workable frame work in maintenance of the Tractors thereby making them more effective, efficient and profitable.
The Executive Chairman further charged the committee to be patriotic and God-fearing in order not to indulge in shady deals while carrying out their assignments.
Responding on behalf of the committee, the supervisor for Agriculture who also doubles as the Chairman of the Committee Hon. Abel Joseph thanked the chairman for the rare privilege given, pledged unalloyed loyalty and total commitment that the committee would work assiduously to deliver on it’s mandate.
