Rt.Hon. Goke Oparison Preach Peace, Tolerance, forgiveness, Co-operation and integration.
The Senior Special Assistant to Kogi state Governor on Security Matters Ogori/Magongo, Rt.Hon. Goke Oparison has called for Peace, tolerance, forgiveness and co-operation among Ogori/Magongo citizens as panacea to security threats in the local government.
This was stated in a goodwill message to the Christians on the commemoration of this year’s Easter, just as he called for sober reflection about the country’s situation.
” This season calls for deep sober reflection we should reflect and emulate the virtues of Jesus Christ which symbolizes sacrifice, tolerance, peace, love and forgiveness ” he said.
Congratulating Ogori/Magongo Christians as they celebrate, Hon. Oparison stated that;
“We have made substantial progress in Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello led transformation strides in the local govt especially in the areas of security and human capital development.This would not have been possible without sacrifices from the citizenry. We implore our people to sustain these sacrifices in the spirit of Easter to enable us to do more”
