HON. ARO MOURNS ELEJIBA OF EJIBA KINGDOM, DESCRIBE THE MONARCH AS A FORTHRIGHT KING
The member representing Yagba West State Constituency Kogi State House of Assembly Hon. Aderoke Aro has expressed shock over the death of Elejiba of Ejiba kingdom , His Royal Majesty, Oba Samuel Bayode Olamojin.
The lawmaker in a condolence message he personally signed and made available to newsmen in Lokoja on Wednesday, described the traditional ruler as a selfless and forthright leader who always prioritize the welfare and security of his people and the kingdom.
The statement noted that the late monarch had contributed immensely to the unity, progress and development of Okun land and by extension Kogi state.
He sympathized with the family and relations of the late
Oba Samuel Bayode Olamojin, the people of Ejiba and Yagba West local government area over the death and prayed to God Almighty to grant his soul eternal rest.
“The Royal Father was a strong leader who believe in truth and treat his subjects equally without discrimination or sentiment. We will surely miss him” the statement said.
