Death is a price that every mortal must pay but the prayer of all being is for a sustained life to reap the benefit of ones labour
At your inauguration as Governor of Kogi state in 2015, you extolled the virtue of your mother who was left with the sole responsibility of bringing you up after the demise of your loving father.
Thank God that she was alive to witness your inauguration for a second tenure of your new direction administration. The collective wish of all Kogites would have been for her to witness your purposeful and beneficial administration to the good people of Kogi State throughout the tenure.
The matriarch of the first family has departed this sinful world to rest with her creator and I join your numerous supporters and sympathisers in identifying with you in this period of grief.
God Almighty will grant you and the entire family the fortitude to bear the shock of this painful loss. Be consoled by the fact that she lived an exemplary life worthy of emulation.
May she find a peaceful place of rest with Allah, amen.
