In addition to the lots of condolence visits and messages to Governor Yahaya Bello over the demise of his mother, Hajiya Hauwau Bello, our national matriarch, the Speaker, Rt. Hon. (Prince) M.O. Kolawole has led other members other members of Kogi State House of Assembly on a condolence visit to his Excellency.
In a message delivered by the Speaker, the State Assembly described the living of Hajiya Bello as indeed, that of Matriarch, not limited to the Bello’s family alone, but for Kogi State and Nigeria.
Also contained in the letter is that the vacuum left by her can’t be filled in time.
They asked the Governor and the Bellos to take solace in God who is the one that can console all men in times like this.
The Governor appreciates the Legislative House for sharing in his grief and consoling with him and his family.
Present in the visit is the Deputy Governor, His Excellency Edward David Onoja.
