POLITICS OF COVID ’19 AND AFRICAN PANORAMA

CORONA virus 2019, otherwise coded as covid ’19 reports have it, was first detected in Wuhan China in2019. It exploded to become a global phenomenon in 2020. The mystery started when it was reported that, as serious as it was in Wuhan, s single case was not reported in Beijing which is just few miles to Wuhan. Report also have it that Wuhan accommodates the highest number of research centers or laboratory in China. These led to a speculation to whether the virus was an accidental discharge from one of the laboratory in Wuhan.
These speculation was further heightened by the sudden manner Chinese authority cobbed the pandemic. Nobody talks about China again about the virus origin!
Attention have shifted to Europe and America. Which now records a catastrophic attacks of the deadly virus.
That is why I took my time to study why its so. And why international politics had shifted to finding a cure and vaccine for the virus. The politics now is who gets the first breakthrough and of course finding a market for the drugs.
My interest is why Africa appears to be less affected. Obviously, the world is awed with this same curiosity. Bill gate was even quoted as saying Africa risks being wiped away with the pandemic. But he had been proved wrong by nemesis.
My research shows that the symptoms of the virus attack includes:
* feverish conditions
* pneumatic conditions and
* coughs
I also wonder why it was being managed with these drugs:
* zipromax
* chloroquine
* high dosages of multivitamins
I am not a medical personnel, but the value of my education over time has revealed to me that ,these drugs are used to treat :
* chronic typhoid fever and malaria!
Obviously, the virus breaks all form of immunity in the body and allows fever to have it’s way in the body.
Little Wonder then, that Africans are less ravaged with it. We live with malaria in Africa for ages! In fact , our second name is malaria. There are reported cases of white colonialists dieing immediately they stepped their foot on our soil of malaria in the 18th century. Mosquitoes were even invoked on them by our forefathers to drive them. The water, we considered as contaminated these days were what our forefathers dwell on to survive and sustained our races.
Do we now wonder the reasons why the pandemic is more in Europe and America? Simple! MALARIA (either typhoid or malaria) has landed in their country through those researched viruses. I might be wrong, but this write up is made out of curiosity why its effect and impact are higher in Europe and America despite their pride advancement in medical technology.
Its a known fact now in Nigeria that when you are tested and its shows positive for malaria and catarrh, then you are added to the numbers of covid’19 cases for the day!
Governor yahaya Bello of KOGI state has exposed this aspects of carelessness of proponent of the disease. I live in KOGI state, and had never seen and I shall never see their own type of covid’19 but I see daily outbreak of malaria and typhoid fever daily which we manage and cure daily. In fact, it wasn’t long I came out from a bout of malaria fever and am up and kicking. Thank God for Gov. Yahaya Bello who rejected the presumption for the pandemic, otherwise, I would have been added to the number, but discharged!
Have you wondered why people who tested positive for covid in Lagos State are told to stay at home and be treated? Of course, treated for malaria.
Before someone somewhere comes after my throat, am not saying there’s no covid’19, but am just thinking out loud why the covid in Africa appears more friendly compared to the one in Europe and America. Malaria had always been with us.
Perhaps, this is the time God has chosen to deliver Africa from the scourge of malaria with the recent discovery of vaccine for covid’19/malaria. The world never cared until now to research for a cure because it’s a black man disease.
I was glad when Nigeria institute for pharmaceutical research and development said if funded , they can develop a cure for it. Where were they since and allow Madagascar to beat them to the game?
Only recently, Pfizer and one other big pharmaceutical U.S.A companies came up with a vaccines after American government pump in billions of dollars for the research. Suddenly, the pandemic that was abating before made a u-turn! America must sell their drugs!
In AFRICA, the LORD is our Shepherd. We shall not want. Definitely, not corona virus again.
