Member representing Yagba federal constituency at the national assembly Honourable Leke Abijede has charged Nigerians to vote for candidate with character and capacity that can effect positive in Nigeria.
He assured that the organization will mobilize over 200,000 votes to give victory to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Kogi state.
Abejide stated this in Lokoja on Monday while inaugurating Asiwaju Confluence Campaign Organization (ACCO) and distribution of vehicles to officials of the organization.
According to him , his resolve to campaign for Tinubu was borne out of his desire to support a credible candidate irrespective of political party that can change the narrative in the governance of the country.
He described Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a leader with capacity and experience that can move the country to the next level of development.
According to him , the campaign organisation will be mobilized with 50 branded operational vehicles to enable it embarked on grassroots mobilization to meet the over 200,000 targeted votes that will give the desired victory to the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress APC in Kogi state.
Hon. Abejide who was optimistic that the APC presidential candidate will win the election overwhelmingly, said scarcity of new naira notes and petroleum products can never hindered the victory of Asiwaju, saying he is person
that can seamlessly consolidate on the gains of democracy already put in place by President Muhammadu Buhari
In his address, the Director General of the organization, David Olatunde, said the commissioning and the inauguration of the campaign organisation initiated and sponsored by Abejide has showcase the love and support for the Presidential candidate of APC in the Saturday general election.
He noted that the National Coordinator of the organization Leke Abejikufde is a candidate of another party who has identified the stirling qualities of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and decided to support him to win the presidential election.
He called on the people of Kogi state to cooperate with the campaign organisation in order to deliver overwhelming votes for Asiwaju on Saturday to rebuild a country where will enjoy.
In his goodwill message, the National Secretary , African Democratic Congress ADC Sa’id Abdullahi who was accompanied some candidates of the party from the north , stated that they were in Lokoja with Abejide to declare their support for Asiwaju presidency.
