APC Rounds off Ward-to-Ward Campaign in Ogori/Magongo LGA

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) today February 20, 2023 in Eni Ward of Ogori/Magongo local government area rounded off its ward-to-ward campaign.

Recall that APC in Ogori/Magongo local government area has embarked on aggressive ward campaigns in the 10 electoral wards in the area. The party said the ward-to-ward campaign was part of its strategy to ensure success of the party at all levels.

The party chairman, Hon. Ojo Aturu in his statement extolled Governor Yahaya Bello’s visionary leadership and his drive in executing meaningful projects that have direct bearing on the masses.

Hon. Aturu specifically commended some legacy projects of Yahaya Bello-led administration, which he said would stand the test of time.

The Local Government Chairman Hon. Goke Oparison through his Secretary, Hon. Obasoji Adesina described Saturday’s election as a must win for the party, calling all the people of the area to vote massively for candidates of APC for sustainable development at all levels. Hon. Goke said it’s time to say a loud ‘thank you’ to Governor Yahaya Bello for running an all-inclusive government.

Also at the rally was the APC State Auditor, Hon. Akpata Meka. In his statement, he hailed the Local Government Chairman, Hon. Goke Oparison for his wisdom in bringing the party members to front a common cause. He expressed optimism that APC has no rival in the local government area.

Others in attendance were the APC House of Assembly Candidate, Hon. Maj. Fimihan Akerejola, Senior Special Assistants to Governor Yahaya Bello on Inter-Religious Affairs (Christian) and that of the Grassroot Sensitization, Hon. Friday Akpata and Hon. Maria Ohiezu respectively, local government appointees, Youth Council Group, Ward Councillors and APC stalwarts in the area.
