HON GOWON PAUL HARUNA, A Phenomenon Figure*

Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that impact lasts in your absence.

You were born to make mistakes, not to fake perfection, Education breeds confidence, confidence breeds hope.

Never stop trying, never stop believing, never give up, your day will come.

Nobody, but you expect you to be perfect. Go easy on yourself. Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.

When I started using pen in my primary school, and I made a mistake, I would try hard to erase it before submitting to my teacher.

Sometimes, I use chalk to clean my mistake but it later reappeared. So I began to use saliva, it worked, but only to leave holes in my books.

My teachers then used to beat me for being outrageously dirty. But all I tried to do was to cover my error.

One day, a kind hearted teacher who loved me so much called me aside and he said, ” Anytime you make a mistake, just cross it and move on” .
He said further ” Trying to erase your mistakes would only damage your book to nothing.

I told him in protest that I don’t want people to see my mistake.

My loving teacher laughed and said ” Trying to erase your mistake will make more people know about your mess and the stigma is for life”.

Have you made some mistakes in life? Cross it over and move on. Don’t expose yourself as a result of trying to cover your mistakes.

Better things are ahead of you. Strike out your mistakes and move on, build more relationships and leave indelible marks of legacies.

Hon. Gowon Paul Haruna, is a hallmark with good qualities in governance, he’s a silence achieving quintessential leader.

A leader that’s conscious of his campaign promises and diligently sticks to it by ensuring no table is left unturned. The wards are happy, Constituency are projectiles.

A leader that has pragmatic approaches prone to bringing Dividends of Democracy to his people, he believes in what can benefit his people rather than showing off by flexing his status…kudos to an Achiever.

His one year in office score card will amazes all and sundry, he knows generally the rudiment of good representation and he goes forth with humility to ascertain the process with unspeakable results oriented.
