Kogi State Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to citizens’ welfare and state development during the commissioning of a motor drilling machine procured by the Ministry of Water Resources.
Represented by Deputy Speaker Rt. Hon. Comfort Ojoma Nwuchiola Egwaba, Governor Ododo emphasized enhancing peace, security, and infrastructure.
He assured residents that his administration would prioritize water provision for citizens’ comfort, noting its essential role in life.
The event, attended by notable officials including Hon. Timothy Ojomah, Commissioner for Agriculture and Food Security and Hon. Ahovi, DG Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASSA); highlighted the project’s benefits in addressing challenges and improving the environment for Kogites.
