Rt. Hon. Comfort Ojoma Nwuchiola Egwaba, Kogi State Deputy Speaker and member representing Ibaji State Constituency, represented Speaker Rt. Hon. Aliyu Umar at the Workers’ Day celebration held at President Muhammadu Buhari Square in Lokoja today.
The Lawmaker in her remarks conveyed the Speaker’s gratitude and enthusiasm to Kogi State workers for their unwavering commitments and dedication to the services of Kogi State, highlighting that the current administration under His Excellency Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo is worker-friendly.
She also emphasized the legislature’s commitment to collaborate with the executive to enhance the welfare of Kogi State workers.
While interacting with journalists shortly after the program, the Deputy Speaker expressed appreciation for the hard work and dedication of both workers and pensioners in the state.
