Hon. Chief Emmanuel Obaro is a member of the eighth Kogi State House of Assembly elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress to represent the good people of Yagba East State Constituency. By his nature, he is an individual that has always desired a better life for his people and the society in general. He has demonstrated this in the lives of people around him including the indigent students, widows, the less privileged, in various communities over the years. This has inspired him to seek a platform in public service to impact more on the larger society.
Hon. Obaro is an accomplished gentleman and politician. He is a pleasant personality, soft spoken gentleman, an achiever and good motivator to those that have course to associate with him. He is a role model to his peers and subordinates. The legislator is an individual who puts himself and his resources at the disposal of his people. He is always resilient in his determination to pursue all goals that will promote human and community developments. He has used the good opportunities God has given him to assist the younger generations, the aged and the indigents from his community and in other places.

Hon. Emmanuel Obaro was born to the family of Chief Daniel Ake Obaro and Mrs Esther Iyabo Obaro in 1985. His father is the popular Obaro of Isanlu Kingdom. The hero and legend of honesty, transparency and the man who took leadership position to unite Isanlu people during the succession dispute in Isanlu between 1971 and 1975.
He is happily married to Mrs. Grace Motunrayo Obaro since 9th September, 2013 and the marriage is blessed with three children. Prince Emmanuel Obaro attended Baptist Yagba East LGA Primary school one New Site Irunda Isanlu for his First School Leaving Certificate.
He proceeded to St Kizito’s College Isanlu and later Community High School Takete for his NECO and WAEC in 2013.
He attended Federal College of Agriculture Kano where he was awarded National Diploma in 2011. He has Diploma in Computer studies at ABU Kabba with Distinction in 2011-2012.
He obtained his Higher National Diploma (HND) in Agricultural Extension and Management from Ahmadu Bello University College of Agriculture Kabba in 2015.
He did his mandatory National Youth Service Corps in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
Prince Emmanuel Obaro was the President, Student Union Government (SUG) during his school days in Ahmadu Bello University College of Agriculture Kabba in 2014/2015.
