HON MOSES SUNDAY DAVID ALUMO RECEIVES NYSC MEMBERS.
In his office today, Hon Moses Sunday David had in audience the NYSC batch A and the new batch B serving in Mopamuro LGA.
Led by the Corpers Liasion Officer, Lawal Abass O, the Corp members congratulates the Council Boss and his Vice, Hon Mrs Bukola Obajemu on their recent victory at the poll and swearing-in as the Chairman and Vice Chairman respectively.
Mr Lawal Abass O used the opportunity to intimate the council of the challenges of Corp members in Mopamuro amongst which are the damaged electric poles in the NYSC lodge.
In his usual proactive manner, Hon Moses Sunday David immediately put a call through to the AEDC staff and to see that the poles and other gadgets are fixed without bureaucratic delay.
Hon Moses also gave a personal donation of Fifty Thousand Naira (#50,000) towards organising a befitting Passing Out Parade for the outgoing members of the corps and the welcoming arrangements for the incoming ones.
Responding with delight, the Principal Development Officer and the NYSC Desk Officer of the local government, Mr Shaibu Job expressed his appreciation for the way the council under Hon Moses has taken the welfare of members of the NYSC right from when he was Administrator and now as an elected Chairman. “Corpers are happy being here”. He said.
The Vice Chairman Hon Obajemu Bukola commended the Corp members for their good conduct in Mopamuro. She enjoins them to be good ambassadors of their parents, and to serve the nation with selflessness and dedication.
