*We Will Support Adavi LG to Tackle Insecurity; Hoteliers in Adavi
As Adavi LG aspires to be one of the safest Local Government in Nigeria, the Executive Chairman of Adavi LG, Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami doesn’t leave any stone unturned as he is putting measures in place to achieve that.
Earlier today, the Executive Chairman of Adavi LG, Vice-Chairperson of the LG, Members of the Legislative Arm, Chief of Staff , Director of Security, SA Security, some members of the cabinet, and of course the Security agencies in Adavi held a crucial meeting with Hoteliers in Adavi to dialogue and resolve on the rules to guide the conduct of their operations.
In his address, the vibrant and security-conscious gladiator, Hon. Joseph Omuya appreciated everyone present. After much dialogue, the LG and Security agencies have come to a reasonable conclusion that;
*Because of those disguising themselves at night to perpetrate evil acts and other social vices In the name of clubbing activities taking place in some hotels in Adavi, there will be a restriction in compliance with the state security restriction*.
Hon. Joseph Omuya urged them to be very conscious of the visitors they receive in their hotels as criminals would look for where to stay to perpetuate their criminal activities.
The Chairman of the Hotel Association in Kogi Central, Chief Haruna Ahmed Osika who spoke on behalf of the hoteliers assured the LG and security agencies that they will adhere strictly to the resolutions of the meeting. He further appreciated the efforts of the executive chairman and his cabinet in ensuring a secured environment for businesses to thrive.
