I, Dr. (Mrs) Folashade Arike Ayoade, the Secretary to the Kogi State Government, on behalf of my family and staff is using this unique occasion of the fifth year in office of His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, the Executive Governor of the of Kogi State and his royal deputy, Chief Edward David Onoja, the workaholic cabinet and the entire loving people of Kogi State to felicitate with you.
The entire people of the state are proud of your numerous achievements in agriculture, security, health- care delivery, education to mention just a few but most importantly, the establishment of a science based tertiary institution, The Confluence University of Science and Technology, Osara. This alone will be the foundation for industrialization in Kogi State and create easy access to university education for thousand of our youths.
Sir, your plan to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023 is very possible on the basis of your wonderful and winsome achievements in Kogi State. We are sure if you are elected as the President of Nigeria you will not only consolidate on the massive achievements of the current President, but you will do more for Nigerians. You have done it in Kogi State and you will do it at the federal level.
